Car Alarms: how to program remote, taurus 3, fcc id

My car alarm remote model is  FCC ID GQ43VT4T
                             DOC: 1470 K763
I lost the instructions for programing the remote and I just got my car fixed so the battery was dead for a while.  Now the remote wont work.  How do I reprogram my remote?  My vehicle is a 1996 Ford Taurus 3.0L V6. If that helps any.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
