Car Alarms: 1993 Jeep LTD alarm, alarmtek, dash area

Question
Went to get into car and started it.  The horn starts beeping only when the door opens or closes.  All of  the lights on the inside and outside of the vehicle start flashing.  Could it be a bad fuse or damp.  Don't have a owners manual.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!

K, need a bit of clarity to help here.
I need to determine whether it's a factory alarm
issue or, if it's an after market system you are
dealing with.

Is it: Headlights flashing, car horn honking
and a worded SECURITY" light in the dash flashing?
Or,
Is it: flashing parking lights,
an LED in the dash area, and a siren
"going off"?

Let me know more on this to better
advise you on a course of action.
