Alarm "goes off" randomly.  Horn, blinking headlights.  Starts  out with quiet honks but goes to full blown honks.  Didn't notice lights blinking inside car.  Disconnected battery to stop problem temp.  Can turn alarm off with remote.  Can start  vehicle.

This vehicle needs to be inspected at Pontiac
for PASSLCOK II issues. If left unchecked, the
passlock will eventually stop the vehicle from starting
and will need to be reset at GM anyway.
Since there is no way to circumvent this yourself.
I advise you to strongly consider this option as a preventitive measure.
