Car Alarms: HELP ME!, alarmtek, cold morning

Hi i have a big problem on my hands.  I have noticed my car alarm will not disarm in the cold.  It will however disarm whenever the sun comes out or when it has gotten a little warmer, but it will never disarm on cold morning and nights.  I need to know what the problem is because winter is here and there is no sun and i cannot disarm my alarm at all and therefore i cannot start my car due to the fact my alarm is still on.  I do not know if this is a coincidence or not but i also drained my battery by leaving my lights on before all this started to happen.  Oh and i have a Ultra start alarm if that helps any. thank you.

Sounds like a bad car battery.  Have it load tested to confirm.  

As well as checking the connections that supply the alarm.  

It more than likely will not arm either, but the only way to test would be to leave it outside disarmed over night then try and arm in the morning.
