Question
my husband has a 1994 chrystler lebaron with a factory intnstalled alarm, he has tried to disble the alarm, (i.e...cut wires, horns, etc)still nothing, now that he thought everything was disconnected the car will not turn over, runs for about a second then shuts off. we have had people look at it and the can't figure it out. never mind not having any of the remotes that came with any of the alarms, bought the car that way, person said that he disconnected everything. now the car is just sitting in the yard worthless!!!!! please help if possible,
thank you

Answer
In the wire harness running to the driver's door there is a light green/orange wire that disarms the factory alarm when you unlock the driver's door with a key.  This wire sees a ground when unlocking the driver's door, if you put this wire to a ground it should disable the factory alarm.

To my knowledge though the alarm is just a noise maker and does not shut down the vehicle.
