Car Alarms: What is the most system?, theft deterrent system, shock sensor

Question
What is the most effective type of auto theft deterrent system on the market today?  I'd like the car to not move if someone breaks in to it.

Any opinion on "The Club"?

The club is a joke for a car thief.
Either spray freon into the lock to break it
off, or, cut through the steering wheel to slide
it off. Done and gone.

No the best systems are those that effect the starter,
and or the fuel injectors. Then what it comes with
as far as ansullary security like motion or shock sensor,
a tilt sensor to detect lifting, a paging system that
alerts you to any intrusion, and possibly and interior siren as a sonic detterent.

But diffinately not the club. Too easy to
get around.
