Car Alarms: Parkink Lights ON, car alarm, light switch

I purchase a pro star aenity 3300 car alarm I instaled and the parkink lights is on all time no off or flashing why is the problem or situation?

You are on the wrong wire. This is set up to flash
the PARKINBG LIGHTS. You seem to on the HEADLIGHTS.
This will do damage if left on there.

Find the wire that shows 12 volts when you turn on the light switch half way. That's the wire you need.
