what kind of sound mode from my jvc kdg 140 car stereo do i used for my kickers for istening to death metal music

I would suggest just leaving it flat.

Remember, the audio engineers and producers who made the music you're listening to know more about the music than you or I ever could dream of knowing, and it's better to leave the setting to 'normal' or 'flat' or set any dynamic sound mode to 'off' because that's how the artists and engineers intended it.

Of course, that is all up to personal opinion. :)
