Car Stereos: override code, security code, phone number

Question
i have a XHD7714 Dual when i took it out i guess it entered into an anti theft mode i lost all of my information on the stereo is there any override codes for my product or any way to unlock it asap ive already tryed to reset it and that did not work can you help me please

cj,  The manual should tell you how to reset the radio.  If you have entered a security code of your own and have forgotten it, you should contact Dual customer service.  They should be able to talk you through the reset process.  I would go to there website and try and find a phone number to call them.  If you can not find a phone number, then I would email them your problem.  Either way, they should provide the appropriate procedure to follow.  Hope this helps, Scott
