Im just wondering if there are any adjustments im needing to make in accordance to different wires or different colors or any of that.

Hi Brendan,

The wiring harnesses between these two vehicles is completely different.

Some companies sell reverse wire harnesses.  They go TO factory decks (for people who cut when they shouldn't have).  I'd suggest buying one of those, plus a harness for your car, and mating those to make the connection.

You might have other issues to deal with based on whether the new car has Bose or not, too.
