What are the basic steps that need to be taken in order to get into ownership of a Team?  What are the basic steps that need to be taken in order to get into sponsorship of a Team?

Hi Brittany,

One option is to get to be really good friends with the owner, and get him to put you into his will.  Then, when he dies, you can inherit the team!

However, the easier and more likely option is to outright buy the team.  This takes Millions upon Millions of Mega Dollars to do.

Sponsorship is more of a connection with people.  You put it out there that you want to be a sponsor.  Teams will come looking for a sponsor and that is how the deal is done.
