BMW Repair: electrical prob., right turn signals, hazard light

1997 328I BMW TURN SIGNAL %26 HAZARD LITE DONT WORK FUSE  RELAY IS GOOD

Please give me a bit more info:  Do the lights go on but not flash?  Do all lights act the same?  Does it act the same with left and right turn signals  Does it act the same with the hazard light?
When did this start?  Did it all go bad at once?  Any other symptoms?
