GMC Repair: 2001 gmc sierra seats, gmc sierra, gmc 2500hd

I have 300k miles on my 2001 gmc 2500hd sierra and the seats are trashed. I've found a 60/40 front from a 2004(same model) .
Will they fit?
Power,cloth 60/40 w/console.

Yes they will fit, but (depending on what is in truck now) you may have to trim carpet.
Now the wiring system in the 04 will be different, as they use a MSM(Memory seat modle) or a drivers seat module (if no memory function) and the 01 just used straight power/switch system.
If the seat TRACK is not damaged in the 01, you MAY consider having the seat cushions/padding from the 04 swapped onto the 01 track.
