GMC Repair: Daytime driving lights 1999 Jimmy, educated guess, turnsignals

Question
When I turn on my turnsignals, my daytime driving lights turn off.  They go back on when the signal clicks off.  Regular nightime lights are unaffected.  Any ideas?

COULD BE:

headlight switch.

headlamp control module.

wiring problem.

sensor problem.


Without having access to the vehicle and not being able to read the vehicles information with the appropriate DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT there are just to many possible faults that it could be to even make an educated guess.
