Alfa Romeo Repair: alfa trunion bar, alfa 72, bar bushings

Question
On an Alfa '72 GTV (same as spider), I have replaced trunion bar bushings into holders that attach to body and noticed that the holders have marks: RF, 6, & '8'. When reassembling onto trunion bar spindals, should marks be lined up as before? And, are the bushings press fit onto trunion  end spindals?  If they are press fit, how does the trunion bar move up & down with the rear suspension?

Answer
Yes, use the same marks. When tightening the fasteners make
sure the vehicle suspension is at normal ride height (do not
let the axle droop). Yes, a press fit. The rubber twists with movement which is
the main reason the rubber bushings deteriorate over miles traveled.
