IS it possible to buy complete interior kits for a 66 rambler classic ? A friend just bought one for a 59 chev

There are no companies that make a complete interior kit for your Clasic, that I know of.
I suggest going to the numerous AMC websites and AMC/Rambler clubs. You might find someone who has replaced their interior and can answer your question.
Ramblers are not as popular as Chevrolets and there aren't as many parts vendors that make replacement parts. They're out there, you just have to search for them online.
