Audio Systems: 6 ohm load, output transistors, 4 ohms

Question
Hello if I have a 6ohm speaker can I use it with an amplifier that supports down to a 4 ohm load sense 6 ohm isn't as abusive as 4 ohms?

Answer
Yes, it would be okey.

As a general rule you can place loads on the amplifier which is higher in impedance than the amp rating. It is when the impedance of the load is less than the rating of the amp that causes damage to the output transistors.

You should be okey.
