Audio Systems: 99 mercury sable cd changer (factory), mercury sable, paper sticker

A friend of mine has a 99 mercury sable that came with a 6 cd changer in the trunk and now when she tries to eject the cds she hears the motor and gears moving but it will not eject them the cd changer works fine it just wont eject any ideas would be appreciated thank you

A bend cd ,a copy cd or a cd with a paper sticker label on it
will cause this to happen

put the cd changer in a flat position and press the eject a few times there is also a small reset button use a little pin

if this don't work you need to open the unit under the magazine in the back there is a manual eject
