Audio Systems: 2004 Nissan Armada, headrest screens, nissan armada

Hello - I am purchasing the above ref. vehicle.  It has the DVD console mounted to the interior roof that is functionable and can control the stereo settings but does not have an actual tv screen.  Can I just add a screen only or do I have to replace the existing console and install a whole new system?

Some do, some don't have system that will support it.

Please go to www.crutchfield.com and go through their "outfit my car" so you will learn what is compatible.

But, if the existing player has video output connections you should be able to add a monitor easily.

There are headrest screens and individual roof mounted screens available from many sources.

Sorry for a vague reply, but it will depend to some extent on the system your car is equipped with.  In o4  for the Armada there were three different options (maybe more) from the factory.
