Audio Systems: 1997 Ford Expedition rear speaker and cd stacker, speaker magnet, rear speaker

Question
I recently bought a 1997 Expedition. The cds skip at tje very slightest bump. Is this the stacker? can it be repaired or should i just replace. Also the rear speaker is blown (just get all bass and lots of crackle) How do I get all those panels off to get to it? Many thanks in advance

the cd changer can be clean first,when the radio shows NO DISC that is when you have to replace  
to remove the rear speaker remove the rear seat,remove the side panel from roof to floor it is one piece ,and you will see the woofer remove all the screws around the box and pull the box out there is one screw in the speaker magnet,remove it it put the box back with all the screws and then remove the screws holding the speaker
