Hi,

Does my O2 Lincoln LSE 6 CD Alpine audio system have an audio input for a MP3 player output?

It is not in the front>

No, it does not.  

Go to:

http://www.installer.com/aux/

and search down the page for Ford/Lincoln/Mercury adapters.

You may have to call them to make sure of the correct one for your Alpine/Ford unit that was installed in the Lincoln.

PS: Bestbuy, CircuitCity, crutchfield have similar adapters for your consideration. The adapter must be properly installed and it may take an expert who knows how to get into the back of the unit and make the right interruption of the present wiring harness.
