Audio Systems: Mach 500 6 Disc CD Player, metal plates, ford focus

Hi there, i recently have encountered a big problem with my cd player inside my 2002 MACH ford focus. The stereo system is the factory Mach 500 6 disc CD player. I accidently put a CD in upside down, so i think and it is stuck in the 1st slot. The problem is, usually u should be able to eject the cd right out, however, the cd player doesn't even read a cd in the player so its just stuck somewhere in the player. I really want to get my cd out and get my cd player running back to normal. Is there anyway to openthe player up or take it out and remove the cd? Is there any hope?

it is hard to get the dis out the laser needs to move back  
and you have to be very carefully because if the metal plates bend or the plastic gets damage the cd changer will need to be replace  it is better to have someone service the unit

this unit is not easy to fix
