Audio Systems: TV - wireless headphones, headphone amplifier, cable tv tuner

I have a very basic 19" Orion brand TV. Is it possible to run some wireless headphones (or a wireless headphone) with this TV? It has a cable jack and a power cord, thats it. Thank You, Brent

Hello,

  Unfortunately, it won't be possible to just run headphones without a headphone jack SOMEWHERE.
  You could try to look for a seperate Cable TV Tuner box (aka "CATV Tuner") with a headphone jack, or buy a headphone amplifier for the L&R Audio outputs on the back of a standard CATV Tuner.
  The downside, of course, is that all that extra equipment may cost just as much as a new TV.
