Audio Systems: speaker change, plastic retainers, speaker change

I bought new speakers to put in my 95 eagle vision, but i am having trouble getting the door panel off to install them, and i do not want to break the panel, what should i do?

you probably have not removed the screw(s) retaining the panels.
look very carefully, and then start pulling the plastic retainers with a trim popper tool. here is the only sheet I have on that car, but it could help if you change the head unit later;
