Lincoln/Mercury Repair: steering noise, hydraulic problem, ball joint

1997 linc.continental,when i take a right turn and give the gas i get a vibration, rubbing noise, real loud,one person told me it was ball joint another told me it was hydraulic problem,i flush the steering and still have the same problem,another person told me it might be the valve sticking or the rack,car has 38,000 on it, i really am stuck right now to many different opinions,could you help me,i really need and expert on this,thanks

this should be taken to a shop and have them check it out they wont charge to do this it would not be a ball joint because it would not rub it could be the iner fender rubing on the tire or i mean the fender well . get it checked out then we both wont be guessing . pete
