Audio Systems: Car Stereo/Cd Player Problems, jeep grand cherokee, grand cherokee

Hi,

I own a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has a cd player problem. On and off, the cd player will not accept any cds. It's not the problem of not reading them, it just doesn't pull the cd in when you are trying to put it in, and the most I can do is push it in myself, although it will try to read it and spit it out because its not properly in. I can sometimes hear the mechanical part of the cd player trying to pull it in, but it won't accept it. Any suggestions would help.

Your trying to resolve an issue that effects you... yes.
The problem is that the stereo is 11 years old.
Get a new one installed  (for under $150.00) and be happy again.

If you have steering wheel controls go to www.crutchfield.com for specific help with interfacing to retain that setup via a deck w/remote and a module for steering control interface.
