Audio Systems: aftermarket stereo, kenwood stereos, factory stereo

Tom,
I am interested in replacing the factory stereo in my car with a good sound system.  I enjoy a full range of music and I enjoy it loud, however, I want a clear sound no matter if I play it soft or loud.

I don't need giant speakers or booming bass, just clear sound at any level.

Can you suggest a system and components before I start looking.  I will be making this purchase at a retailer and they will do the installation.

Take a look at the new Kenwood stereos. With the new Kenwood units you won't need an extra amp or large speakers to have a great sound system. If replacing your speakers in your vehicle, ask about the three way speakers.
