Audi Repair: Passenger door does not open from inside, audi a6, latch

I own a 1999 Audi A6 and can't open the passenger door from the inside. I have no problems opening it from the outside.

Sounds like either the latch has come undone, or the cable has broken.  Either way you will have to take the inner door panel off, and investigate what is going on...  This is either a question of a 5 minute re-attachment, or you may need to buy some parts.  Let me know how you get on,  Jan
