Answer
Hello,

Here is what I pulled up on the web for you. ACM definition is Air control module. The original question was for a blank read out in the cluster and trying to keep track of all these acronyms is a nightmare especially when one has worked on all makes and models. It is apart of the BCM (Body control Module) located in the trunk. Notice all the codes that can pop up related to one components (Computer).I highly recommend you take the vehicle to a service garage (Not a dealer) wit a tech II scanner to diagnose the exact problem, because the diagnostic codes are not really for a person to diagnose the problem. They are general places to look, but one code can cascade into other codes and you can go through a lit of money and frustration changing parts that were not bad.
Either that or get a 1998 Cadillac Deville factory service manual from Ebay or Craigs.
