QuestionOn 4/10 I asked a question regarding the 8/6/4 eng. in my 1981 eldorado.
As of today 4/17 I haven't recieved a responce.

I am so very sorry and usually after 3 days if I haven't answered a question I get a message that happened.
I believe I checked the box that I was not qualified to answer the question, but I do not remember the question. If you submit it again, I will see if I can answer. If I remember right it was a engine running issue and the 4-6-8 had been disconnected, which is a good thing.
I have not done drivability diagnoses and repair on the 368 CI engine for over 20 years and I have no manuals on this type of car any longer.
This was one of Cadillacs better engines before they went to the aluminum junk in 1982 that dare not be over heated at all.
