Question
QUESTION: Hello,
My Cadillac was running great starts up runs fine with one exception if you press the accelerator too quick it hesitates a minute then it will take off. But i recently tried to sell it and after an hour of sitting it decided not to start. The guy backed out on buying it and now i have to get it running. I went out to the car the next morning and it started right up ran it for about 15 minutes and shut it off it wouldn't start again. About 6 hours later it starts right up runs for 15 minutes i shut it off ad it wont start again. I can fix cars if i know generally what to fix but i'm clueless got any ideas

Answer
Hi Daniel,

In reality there are so many things that could relate to your problem, without physically being at the car, it is impossible to tell you what could be wrong. I say this with honesty so I don't start guessing in which I suggest you to replace, only to find my guess didn't fix it. The problem you are having is not common.

It could be a fuel delivert issue, an electronic issue or a computer issue.

My suggestion would be to take it to a service center ( not a dealer) and let. Them drive it until it is warm, in which they can replicate the problem with their diagnostic equipment. This way the guess work is taken out and the diagnoses will be accurate.
