Cadillac Repair: 99 Deville, power relay, body harness

All retained accesories stay on when ignition is turned offand door is opened. I suspect the acc. delay relay but can't seem to find it. My diagram says it is taped to body harness. Am I on the right track with the relay? Any tips on where it is at.

Funny you should ask being I was just doing something with the retained power relay on my Alante a few minutes ago.
It sounds like you are on the right track looking for the relay taped to the harness, but make sure the courtesy light circuit is functioning as well. Get back to me.
