Cadillac Repair: list of codes or meaning of particular codes, cam sensor, sensor circuit

Question
QUESTION: i recently had a complete tune-up on my 91 deville. when i got in the car check engine light was still on. told mechanic about this so he replaces the valve timimg sensor. car starts fine idles fine. put in gear and it acts like it is missing when i press the gas then works itself out. lurches forward at stops. codes read E41,52,53,91,98.CANNOT FIND THESE CODES ANYWHERE. PLEASE HELP

ANSWER: Are ALL of these codes also appearing AFTER you see EE on the display or are they ONLY appearing after you see only a single E    ?

E41 = Cam sensor circuit problem

E52 = battery was disconnected.

E53 = Distributor signal interrupt.

E91 = PRNDL switch problem

E98 = Park to NEUTRAL and DRIVE to REVERSE engagement problem.

Try this and see if the codes go away.

1. Re-enter diagnostics via the climate control panel and after all the codes appear you will see .7.0

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and HI (^) buttons on the climate control panel until you see E.0.0 and release both buttons.

3. Turn ignition key OFF, Wait 15 seconds and re-enter diagnostics and see if the codes reappear. If they do NOT reappear, You are good to go.

QUESTION: Man we are getting closer. thank you so much for the help. My grandfather passed last year and left this car to me. It is a garage kept hardtop with perfect leather interior, so I cant give up on it.I started the car and it idled like it was still missing. I may have told you wrong about the part the was replaced. Maybe it was the cam sensor that was replaced? located under the distributor? anyhow I tried the code test while running and got the E41 but now also get F32.Also the check engine and service vehicle light are on now. Ordered a manual but still waiting. Also after codes(while running)got to E.0.0 started flashing E.7.0 and E.0.0 back and fourth. I know we are getting closer thank you so much. please help.

ANSWER: Do NOT start the engine, Just turn the key to the ON position and recheck for computer codes and let me know what you get.

Answer
Your problem is either in the

ECM computer, BCM computer, or either chip module in the computers.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture. I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information.
