Cadillac Repair: 1996 Cadillac STS, emissions systems, cadillac sts

I have a 96 STS. I recently learned from this website how to check my codes. The codes that appear are: PC0153...TC0027...RS0026- Current and AC1340- History
What do they mean??? Also it says i need to service emissions systems, exactly wat do i need to do?

PC0153 = Left side oxygen sensor slow to respond.

TC0027 = Left front wheel speed continuity fault.

RS0026 = Right rear solenoid for the ride suspension shorted to ground.

AC1340 = Air mix door #1 movement problem.
