Cadillac Repair: no start 1994 eldorado, cold at night, new keys

When it is cold at night and my 94 eldo is parked outside it will not start in the morning.  The security system acivates and makes me wait 3 minutes and then I have to try again.  sometimes I have to do this 3 or 4 times before it starts.  If I put the car in the garage or wait until mid morning when the weather warms up a little it starts no problem any idea.  I have had 2 new keys made don't know what else to do

The only thing that I can think of is that the PASS-KEY module is temperature sensitive. Please e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com as he can provide you with the location of the PASS-KEY module and give you some test procedures to try and resolve your problem.
