Cadillac Repair: 92 cadillac sedan deville stalling, cadillac sedan deville, vacuum lines

Question
there is a new o2 sensor and fuel filter.
used car just got it. The car runs great, but then if you slow down too fast or you turn a corner, the engine will stall or stepping on the gas does nothing for a moment, its a kind of bogging feeling, step on gas car stutters and pops only for a couple seconds after turning a corner or slowing down too fast.
I checked as many vacuum lines as I could see. I checked minor things like airfilter, fuel filter.

Answer
IS or HAS the CHECK ENGINE light ever illuminated on the dash while driving the car ?.

Most stalling is caused by a blackish residue built up on both sides of the throttle plate and inside the round air chamber where the throttle plate is. try cleaning these areas with a spray can of some type of cleaning agent available at most any auto parts store.
