Cadillac Repair: were is the voltage signal from the torque clutch, torque converter clutch, cadillac deville

i have a 2000 cadillac deville my check engine light come so i had it put on a pcm and it read a voltage signal from the torque converter clutch indicates inadequate performance or a stuck off condition.

Hi David, At this point you will need to test the circuits useing a shop manual for that code and a digital voltohmeter to determine where the problem lies. It could be a fuse, wire, connector, PCM, solinoid or bad torque converter but without testing you won't know for sure and parts and labor to replace some of the componants is expensive. Bill
