Chevrolet Repair: Chevy Cobalt sun roof, chevy cobalt, interior shop

Hello Mr Sheets
I have a Chevy Cobalt 2006. When I tried to close the sunroof I could not. It closes part way and then stops. I put gentle pressure on it to see if may be that would close it but no luck. If you can't answer this question maybe you can point me to some one that might be able to help. I wasn't sure if this is considered a body question.

HI LOU,THIS IS A 2 PART SERIES, FIRST CAR GOES TO THE INTERIOR SHOP TO HAVE THE ROOF LINER REMOVED. THEN GOES BACK TO THE SERVICE SHOP TO DIAGNOSE PROBLEM. IT SOUNDS LIKE THE ELECTRIC SWITCH IS OK BUT THE TRACK IS JAMMED UP. GM USES A NYLON REGULTAOR AND CHAIN. MORE THEN LIKELY THIS IS WHAT THE PROBLEM IS.. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU,,,TOM...
