Chevrolet Repair: 89 celebrity running problem, shrader valve, residual pressure

Hey my name is Kevin and I got a 89 celebrity that 4 out of 5 times you crank it, it just cuts back off, and every once in awhile it'll crank and run perfect for about a min or two. during that min or two you can throttle it up and everything and it works perfect then it just cuts off, no missing or studdering its just like you cut the key off. Ive got good fuel pressure to the rail and its still got spark as its dieing. Ive checked everything I know to check and also replaced the ECM and the Prom. Nothing helps.

HI KEVIN, WELL LETS START AT THE BASICS,NEED FUEL AND SPARK. IF ALL IS PRESENT THEN IT SHOULD RUN..I AM GOING TO TAKE A GUESS,I BET FUEL PRESSURE IS THE PROBLEM..YOU KNOW FOR SURE YOU HAVE SPARK WHEN IT DIES. BUT HOW ARE YOU CHECKING THE FUEL PRESSURE. BY PUSHING DOWN ON THE SHARDER VALVE ON THE FUEL RAIL,OR ARE YOU USING A FUEL PRESSURE GAUGE. YOU SEE WHEN THIS ENG DIES AND YOU PUSH THE VALVE DOWN ON THE FUEL RAIL YOU WILL GET FUEL OUT OF IT. BUT THIS MAYBE JUST RESIDUAL PRESSURE. THIS WILL FOOL YOU ALL THE TIME...WHEN THIS ENG DIES AGAIN AND IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A FUEL GAUGE HAVE A FRIEND CRANK THE ENG WHILE YOU PUSH DOWN ON THE SHRADER VALVE. ALL THE WHILE THIS ENG IS CRANKING THERE NEEDS TO BE FUEL COMING OUT OF THIS PORT NOT JUST FOR THE FIRST 2 SECONDS OR SO ,,[[[THE ENTIRE TIME..]]]THE OTHER THING THAT WILL FOOL YOU IS FUEL VOLUME. MAY HAVE PRESSURE AND N0 VOLUME.. ONE LAST THING ON THIS CAR CK THE GROUND WIRE IN THE LEFT SIDE OF TRUNK AREA,MAKE SURE IT IS CLEAN AND TIGHT.THIS GROUNDS THE FUEL PUMP... IF YOU DO HAVE A GAUGE PRESSURE SHOULD BE 29 TO 35 LBS FOR TBI IF V6 MULTI-PORT AROUND 45 TO 55 LBS
