Chevrolet Repair: 1997 Chevrolet Venture Van, chevrolet venture van, chevrolet venture

My 1997 Chevrolet Venture van has about 98,000 miles on it and has been trouble free. In the past couple of weeks it sometimes stalls when first starting up. Sometimes it takes me 3 or 4 times to keep it running. I am an ederly woman living alone with not much income. I will take it in for repairs, but first I would like to know what kind of problem I looking at so I won't get taken advantage of at the repair shop.

Hi Barbara, Not sure on what to tell you here. I guess the first thing I would do is replace the fuel filter and see how it runs after that. We don't have to many problem with stalling cold with these cars. Sorry i can't more!!
