I have a 2007 chrysler sebring touring edition.  The cluster indigo illumination flickers while driving down the road.  Is there somewhere to check without ripping off the whole dashboard

Hi Kevin,
The panel lamps are driven out of the body computer but it is not clear which fuse is responsible. You could check: fuses 3,5,7,8,9,11,15,17,18,23 to see if any of those are loose or have a subtle crack in their wire. The other possibility is a loose ground connection from the lamps which is a black wire that is grounded to the left kick panel (remove the trim panel on the left of the driver's left leg and look for all such black wires that are bolter to the metal under the trim panel. One of the bolts may be loose.
