Chrysler Repair: asd fuse blown car wont start after dying, car wont start, ohm meter

Question
fuse #5 ( ASD )  keeps blowing.
no bus alarm shows above P R N D 2 1 indicator on dash cluster.
1996 Sebring JXi w/ 2.5 1st generation V6 engine / auto trans.
car cranjks but wont start.
I just changed the oil and placed new filter and 5 qts 5 w 30 oil in just two days ago.
was running fine before that.

changing the oil has nothing to do with the ASD fuse blowing.
If u plan on fixing this or figuring out what the issue is  U will need an ohm meter to check for shorts  some fuses and a wire diagram for that circuit .  If u dont plan on doing any of that  take it to some one for finding out what is blowing the fuse.
