QUESTION: Hi

My 2002 Neon 2.0Lx engine continues to run for about 5secs after I turn off the key. Again when I
Go up to 80km/h, the ABS light goes on and burns the fuse to the engine. Since they
Share a fuse I don't know if the problem is the ABS system or engine though the engine light stays off.

Again my traction isn't working. What needs to be checked...mileage is at 182000km

ANSWER: disconnect the abs module then  u can drive with out it

QUESTION: Does this mean the engine is alright, only a problem with the ABS system

it does not mean anything until u know weather or not it stop blowing the fuse or not.
unplug the abs module and drive  if it does not blow the fuse any more  then more then likely a bad abs module  if it keeps blowing  wire issue or something else on that fuse circuit.
