Chrysler Repair: AC Adapter Fuse Location 2003 Sebring Convertible, cigarette lighter, steering wheels

There is no juice in the cigarette lighter (never had one) and the AD Adapter in the box between the seats. My friendly mechanic checked all of the fuses in side of dashboard left of steering wheels & also looked under the hood. Said he needed to know the location of the fuse so that he could check it out for me.  Help, please! I have no Owner's Manual.  I'm a real estate agent & need my Garmin functioning--especially when I'm in "some questionable areas". Thanks!

The fuse that powers both of those is #2 (20 amp) in the power distribution box on the driver's side, under the hood. Within that box it is in the front row of fuses, in the next to the outside most fuse. Replacing that fuse will get those running again I suspect. How is the housing market where you are selling/buying?
