where is the fan rely located on a 2002 town and country van?

Hi Scott,
It is located behind the grille, sitting on the front bumper reinforcement. You remove the crossmember between the radiator and the front fascia closure panel to get to it*. Disconnect the battery before removing it.

*open hood
remove hood latch from crossmember
remove engine air inlet resonator
remove hood latch cable
remove hood prop
remove screws holding coolant recovery bottle to crossmember
remove bolts holding radiator isolators to crossmember
remove bolts holding ends of crossmember to radiator closure panel
lift crossmember up and away.
