Chrysler Repair: Water on the floorboard of the passenger side, stiff wire, ac unit

Question
We believe the drain plug is clogged (drip drain, condensation drain, etc) but can't find it.  It's dripping (alot) of water inside the floorboard on the passenger side.  we're sure it's clear water and has to be from the ac unit.

Answer
Hi Rhamie,
There should be a small rubber hose outlet under the car, directly under the ac/heater housing, about midline, probably on the lower edge of the firewall near where it meets the floor board. It has a flap to keep air from the engine comparment from entering the cabin. If you take a stiff wire and insert it in the lumen of the hose it should begin to drain out.
