Chrysler Repair: dodge dakota, crank sensor, cam shaft

QUESTION: i have a 1996 dodge dakota 5 speed 3.9l v6 and i have put 5 different pcms in this i have checked everything crank sensor cam shaft new coil distrib. etc all wire and i mean all wires.... the check engine light blinks on when in run position just for a quick second and then goes off mean while the fuel pump stays running and i dont know what else to do im stuck please if you can help!!!

ANSWER: i dont see a question in the comment  what is the issue  beside putting 5 pcms in and the fuel pump running.

QUESTION: i dont understand why the check engine light will only blink when the ignition is on and the fuel pump stays running and the check engine light goes out and it will not start.what could be wrong????

it blinking is not an issue.  The fuel pump will turn on for 3 seconds or so then shut off.  what codes do u have in the computer that was the first one that U took out  what were they?  what kinda no start do u have?  spins over will not fire  fast clicks  no clicks   one click?
have u check for spark and fuel  basic stuff?
