Chrysler Repair: 1995 cirrus limp mode problem, mechanic shop, engeering

Question
hello, I am desperate for help.  I have been dealing with a 1995 cirrus that slammed into a curb at high speed and broke the rack and pinion.  Since getting that fixed the car will not come out of limp mode.  I have had it in the dealership for almost 18 months trying to figure out what is the problem.  They have replaced the tcm,,did not fix the problem, reprogrammed the bcm, did not fix the problem, replaced a switch on the transmission, and still did not fix the problem.  I am not sure what else to do.  I have finally taken it out of the dealership after spending 1,000.00 only to now have more problems, because now the speedometer doesn't work right, the prnd does not light up, and of coarse it won't shift out of 2nd gear.  I bought a used bcm, but the dealership said it would not take reprogramming.  It took forever to find it, becuase of the fact the part numbers have to match.  I am now looking to find a used TCM at the request of another mechanic shop where I have it now being looked at.  I blamed the dealership service dept for their inability to find the problem, they continued to try things and charge me for their trial and errors, and now the car is in worse shape than it was when I took it in originally.  I have finally gotten an attorney and forced the dealership to refund the money they have charged me to tear the car up even worse, but I am still left with trying to fix the car, which I already have more money in than it is worth.  But I have gone so far, I can't not finish the job.  What is the crazy problem with this particular car and this problem.  why can it not be fixed?  It was running fine until it hit a curb head on and broke the rack.  It has been a nightmare for me.  All I want to do is get it fixed, without it costing me an arm and a leg.  I have been reading other stories simular to mine, and have come to the conclusion it is a defect from chrysler engeering that has to be the root of it all.  How do you determine which tcm, ecm, bcm, or other computer brain is the root of the problem, without changeing them all. Which does not make cost sense, nor can you find the right one without searching the country's million salvage yards.  If you have any suggestions how to determine the faulty part, I would appreciate it so much.  It is going on 2 yrs I have been dealing with this nightmare!

Answer
i could not give any advise on this because of the damage that might have been done to wires or what ever from the accident. This would need to be inspected by myself first hand  if the dealer u are going to does not correct the issue take it to another one with a better electrical guy.
