QUESTION: 1.My cruise control light that says cruise is out how do I remedy the problem.2.My van stopped running with no check engine light coming on...it cranks but don't turn over...it's getting spark and fuel pressure is good.3.How do you change the bulbs in the fog lights?4.The A/C lights keep flashing annoying as heck.

ANSWER: 1 issue at a time. I live in the Atlanta area I would be glad to look at it for u.

The ac light  easy  need to having it running first.
Fog  dont worry about it for now.
cruise  same thing dont worry about it for now.

U have spark and fuel what bout air??  is the air filter stopped up?? throttle body stopped up?

this will fix your ac issue.

CALIBRATION/DIAGNOSTICS TEST ENTRY
TO INITIATE TESTS:
Set Blower motor ON HIGH
Set Mode position to Panel
Open all A/C outlets
Set Temperature to Cold (Both slide pots if equipped)
Depress WASH and REAR WIPER button simultaneously for 5 Seconds (Until all LED's light)
RESULTS:
All LED's will turn on for 5 Seconds
Calibration Test is running when REAR WIPER and INTERMITTENT are alternately flashing. Cooldown test is running if A/C and RECIRC are alternately flashing.
Acceptable results is REAR WIPER LED is the only LED flashing. Push Rear Wiper to exit.
After all tests have passed, Calibration Diagnostics and Cooldown can be run separately.

FOG LAMP
REMOVAL
Remove screws holding fog lamp to front bumper fascia Fog Lamp
Separate fog lamp from fascia.
Disengage wire connector from body wire harness.
Separate fog lamp from vehicle.
INSTALLATION
Position fog lamp on vehicle.
Engage wire connector to body wire harness.
Insert fog lamp into bumper fascia.
Install screws to hold fog lamp to front bumper fasc
