Chrysler Repair: p0403, chrysler concorde, backpressure

This code came up using the Snapon Scanner and the OBD 2.
It says there is an EGR Circuit Malfunction. But there are 3 main components to the EGR... and rather than spend all the money (unless we have to) I'm trying to figure out which component this could be. This is for a 97 Chrysler Concorde.

Egr code is usually the egr valve which comes with the backpressure solinoid.the only other cause for this code would be the wiring or the pcm.The other more common reason for this code would be a broken pin in the connector to the backpressure solinoid.
